MAU is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Cartersville, GA. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee site-wide warehouse operations, ensuring safety, training, and performance metrics meet customer service expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Information• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
• 6:45 AM to 5:45 PM (overtime as needed)

Required Education and Experience• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of management experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience leading teams and managing safety and hazard identification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Inventory control systems experience (preferred 1–2 years)
• SAP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience (preferred 1–2 years)
Preferred Education and Experience• Bachelor’s Degree
• Lean / Six Sigma manufacturing experience
• Human resources experience or training
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Essential Functions• Serve as primary point of contact for customer business unit leaders
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, FSQA regulations, and SOPs
• Monitor and drive performance metrics across departments
• Foster a safety-first culture focused on zero incidents
• Lead safety initiatives, audits, and incident investigations
• Maintain and improve safety metrics and training materials
• Conduct onboarding, process training, and PIV certification
• Ensure training documentation is audit-ready and up to date
• Support workforce operations with hands-on involvement (75% operational support)
• Allocate time to onboarding, audits, reporting, and follow-ups (25%)
Work Environment and Physical Demands• Combination of administrative and manufacturing environments
• Exposure to industrial equipment and powered industrial vehicles
• May include non-temperature-controlled and GMP environments
• Use of standard office equipment
Physical Requirements• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk up to 5 miles per day
• Ability to lift 5–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Travel• 5%–10% travel required
