Westaff is looking for a Screen Print Operator in the Sterling, MA area for Immediate Start! Location: Sterling, MA Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with OT available on Fridays! Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour DOE This role focuses on printing graphics, labels, and component markings with accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen-printing equipment Prepare screens, inks, and materials Ensure proper alignment and print quality Inspect finished parts for accuracy Maintain equipment and keep work area clean Qualifications Experience in screen printing or Graphics arts preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and read job specs Comfortable working with inks and small components Benefits for working with Westaff: Weekly Pay!
