Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc., a network of high-performing public charter schools in New York City, is seeking passionate, mission-driven High School Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. As part of our Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will join an innovative, results-oriented team that is redefining what is possible in public education. In this role, you will design and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in your content area, using research-based and groundbreaking educational methods to drive exceptional student achievement. You will plan clear, engaging lessons, create assessments that measure deep understanding, and use data from classwork and exams to differentiate instruction and close learning gaps. You will build strong classroom routines, maintain a structured and joyful learning environment, and set ambitious academic and behavioral expectations that support all students in meeting and exceeding high standards. High School Teachers at Success Academy work collaboratively with colleagues, instructional coaches, and school leaders to continuously refine practice and improve outcomes. You will participate in regular team meetings, content planning sessions, and professional development focused on curriculum, assessment, and instructional best practices. You will integrate technology, digital learning tools, and e-learning platforms to enhance instruction and provide students with multiple pathways to master complex concepts. You will communicate frequently with families about student progress, partnering with them to support learning at home and to reinforce the school’s culture of excellence and character development.
