Showing Agent Opportunity
Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to build a strong foundation in real estate while gaining consistent, hands-on experience working with buyers throughout Orange County. This opportunity creates a clear path toward becoming a producing Buyer Agent through structure, daily activity, and guidance from experienced professionals.
As a Showing Agent, you will support property showings, assist with client communication, and manage follow-up while learning each stage of the real estate sales process. You will have the ability to grow your real estate business while earning rewarding commissions as you work closely with experienced agents and team leaders who share proven systems, practical insight, and mentorship that exposes you to how productive agents operate day to day.

Compensation:$160,000 at plan commissions
