Overview School Office Administrator required. We are looking for a full time Administrator to provide exceptional front of school office support and the first point of contact for parents & pupils. This is a key role in the school with the Office Administrator being responsible for the smooth running of the school office and first aid room. The wide-ranging nature of the role is outlined in the job description. Requirements Ideally, the successful candidate will have previously worked in an administrative role in a school and have competent administration experience and good working knowledge of MS Office. Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to deal professionally with parents, staff and pupils. They should also possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise their work. Details The role will be full time, Monday-Friday during term-time 8.30am-5pm + 2 additional weeks spread over the school holidays.
