The mission of the Leasing Department is to secure a best-in-class real estate portfolio.
Aritzia is growing and our Leasing team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for identifying and securing world-class locations for our retail stores, creating new opportunities for our clients to experience Aritzia. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our real estate strategy, driving the growth and optimization of our portfolio. This role supports the end-to-end leasing processfrom market analysis and site identification to negotiation support, and lease execution. With a strong understanding of leasing fundamentals, the Senior Manager/Manager brings analytical rigor, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure efficient deal execution and portfolio performance. Operating with increasing autonomy, this role also helps maintain strong landlord relationships and ensures the timely and accurate management of lease rights, financial obligations, and contract terms. At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
