CSR Supervisor/Lead

D Rohde Home Services has been serving the Mid Hudson Valley since 2010. As the CSR Supervisor of our company and its subsidiaries, you will lead a team of office staff in creating a positive experience for our customers over the phone. You will also be responsible for helping our employees grow and are expected to get the most out of each of them. Our business model has many moving parts. As the CSR Supervisor/Lead, you will be responsible for the proper gathering of information from customers and work hand in hand with our dispatching team. As the CSR Supervisor/Lead, you will lead a group of Customer Service Professionals in their execution of customer service delivery, education, communication, and building cheerleader customers, while ensuring team safety and accomplishing targeted financial results. You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have at least two years of supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, team members, and customers.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to ensure they are consistently delivering high quality service
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked office
  • Proactive customer relations, including resolving customer concerns
  • Secure and maintain team member technology (iPads & phones)
  • Continually work to implement company systems to ensure quality, profitability, and future growth

Job requirements include:

  • At least 2 years supervisory or other relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate, able to learn and teach use of company Point of Sale software
  • Positive attitude and a desire to raise others to a higher level
  • Team player who can work independently

Benefits include:

90-100% Single Health care paid by the company, depending on time of employment. 401k Match. Paid Holidays and Vacation.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
