What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all aspects of daily bakery operations from mixing batter to managing bakers.
• Keep the bakery fully stocked with the best quality ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and ready for action.
• Hire, train, and schedule your bakery team.
• Coach and inspire staff to produce high-quality baked goods with consistency and care.
• Follow merchandising plans to showcase bakery items beautifully and boost sales.
• Maintain top-tier presentation, uniformity, and freshness across all baked goods.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues with professionalism and warmth.
• Keep food safety and sanitation standards at the heart of every recipe and routine.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED (Baking/Pastry program a plus!)
• Proven experience managing a bakery in a fast-paced retail environment
• Solid knowledge of baking techniques for cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and pastries
• Food handler's license preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and understanding)
