Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the Technology Department supporting global teams. What's the Job?

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to gather, document, and communicate clear requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate with multiple project teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies effectively.
• Support the development of high-quality solutions by ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and standards.
• Assist in preparing documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master in a financial or FX environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and facilitate discussions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience writing SQL queries and familiarity with the financial industry, particularly Foreign Exchange, is preferred.
