Join Our Western Regional Driving Team - No Experience Needed

We are hiring motivated Class A CDL drivers based in the Los Angeles area to haul refrigerated freight across the 11 western states. Whether you're a recent CDL graduate or looking to build regional experience, we provide comprehensive paid training, steady miles, and a reliable schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate refrigerated trailers throughout the western U.S.
• Transport perishable goods timely and safely
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records
• Load and unload cargo as needed
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly
• Represent the company with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Completion of a minimum 120-hour CDL course within the last 2 years
• No prior driving experience required - paid training provided
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Knowledge of DOT rules and safety protocols
• Familiarity with western U.S. routes is a plus
• Comfortable using GPS and navigation tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work a 2-week on / 2-day off schedule

• Starting pay at $0.51 per mile, based on experience
• Trainees make $650 weekly [4-6 weeks]
