We are presently accepting applications for the following position.

SECURITY AIDE (Part-Time)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to accurately write and complete reports
• Experience and training in crisis intervention, emergency medical procedures, or related fields, preferred
• Experience in a school setting, preferred
• Knowledge of security measures, fire prevention and crowd control
• Ability to maintain order and to work with groups and individuals on matters of security and crisis management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and the community
• Ability to use technology efficiently such as a computer, two-way radio, access control systems, and other devices as deemed necessary

Rate: $18.50 per hour

Hours: 29.5 Hours/Maximum Per Week

Shift Times: Flexible schedule shifts (starting at 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
10 Month Position
This is a part-time position without benefits.
