Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience) Location: Canton, OH Responsibilities Burn customer‑supplied artwork onto pre‑emulsified screens as required. Install framed silk screens onto printing equipment and adjust fixtures for proper alignment. Guide and monitor the printing process to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements. Use various hand tools to support setup, adjustment, and printing operations. Clean ink from screens after use and perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance. Perform minor equipment repairs as needed to support smooth operation. Work closely with Engineering to obtain artwork and files necessary for screen preparation. Assist on the Paint Line or in other production areas as needed based on workload and production demands. Requirements Previous experience with screen printing on sheet material required. Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license or reliable transportation. Dependable, self‑motivated, and detail oriented.
