Position Summary We’re currently hiring for a Regional Property Manager — someone who brings fresh thinking, follows through, and knows how to bring people together to get results. The role requires strong listening, clear communication, and initiative to drive positive change. Responsibilities Maximize the financial performance of the property Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities Frequently visit and inspect sites Prepare owner reporting packages including budgets, business plans, marketing strategies, and monthly owner reports Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligence Communicate pertinent information and primary issues with ownership Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge policies Review and inspect all capital replacement plans Guarantee adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, OSHA, and plaintiff liability Recruit and retain site employees and meet training benchmarks Monitor marketing plans and make adjustments as necessary Oversee resident relations and social media objectives Supervise all aspects of the lease‑up efforts Review leasing and occupancy activity to meet budget/pro‑forma expectations Review and approve resident retention and renewal programs Qualifications High school education or equivalent required; college degree and industry certifications preferred High‑rise, lease‑up, and new construction experience required CPM certification or candidate preferred Five years minimum experience in a multi‑site supervisory role Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred) The role may require obtaining a state‑specific license or certification Benefits Willow Bridge offers competitive pay and a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, along with opportunities for career development and advancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Willow Bridge Property Company
