Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate property viewings efficiently.
  • Communicate property features and benefits clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Assist in generating leads by engaging with potential clients during open houses and community events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on client preferences and potential sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system for seamless follow-up and communication.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple property showings and client interactions.
