Job Description
We are looking for an agent who wants to break into luxury real estate by starting on the buyer side and gaining real experience quickly while earning rewarding commissions through consistent activity. This opportunity is for a licensed real estate professional who wants to grow as a Showing Agent within a supportive team environment and build toward a full luxury agent path over time.
You will learn to support buyer showings, communicate clearly with clients, and understand how luxury buyers move through the home search process from first showing through the offer stage. The focus is on building strong fundamentals, improving client conversations, and developing confidence through real activity, repetition, and coaching.
You will operate within a structured setting that emphasizes clear expectations, proven systems, and accountability that supports steady and sustainable growth. As you gain experience, you will develop a deeper understanding of how luxury teams operate while strengthening your ability to manage client relationships and contribute to successful transactions.
