Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused individual to join our team and be responsible for communicating with patients, managing their prescription refills and collaborating with logistics to ensure the timely delivery of prescription orders. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to patients over the phone.
• Responsible for making patient refill reminder calls.
• Responsible for answering calls received from patients and prescribers.
• Ensure all prescription orders are entered properly.
• Ensure all orders are billed properly and payment obtained.
• Ensure all prescription pick-ups and deliveries are scheduled appropriately.
• Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.
• Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications.

​ Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements).
• Pharmacy Technician registration (per state requirements).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in pharmacy or customer service, preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
