On-Call Banquet Server / Bartender Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Location: Broward & Palm Beach Counties Employment Type: On-Call / Temporary Assignments

Ark Resource Group is seeking reliable and professional Banquet Servers and Bartenders to support upcoming events throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Ideal candidates should have a customer-focused attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Selected candidates will receive assignments based on location, attire, and schedule. You will be contacted by email, phone call, or text message to confirm availability for each event.

Requirements

• Set up banquet tables, bars, and event spaces as directed
• Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout events
• Follow event-specific attire and service requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Attire Requirements (Uniform)

All event staff must maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times. Example of proper attire: Black slip-resistant shoes Black dress pants Black long-sleeve dress shirt Black vest Black bow tie or standard tie

Employment Terms

Employment will be through one of our staffing partners. Assignments are offered on a per-event, on-call basis. Candidates must confirm acceptance of each assignment within 48 hours of being notified. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event start time. Failure to confirm or cancel on time may result in termination and removal from future opportunities.
