Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to proofread documents for **extended periods of time**
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Line-by-line comparison of materials vs. source documentation
• Here’s a **much clearer, streamlined, and supplier-ready version*of your content. I removed duplication, resolved contradictions (full-time vs part-time), tightened language, and organized it so suppliers can immediately understand **what this role is and what matters most**.
• This is not light reviewing/proofing — it’s intensive, line-by-line QA.
• Experience with healthcare plans, Medicare, or health benefits terminology
• Ability to analyze benefit documentation and plan details
• Understanding the importance of compliance in regulated materials
• Strong **Excel skills**
• Comfortable learning internal QA/review software
• Ability to quickly identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Strong focus, task ownership, and self-management in a remote setting

Skills:

• Looking for a candidate with strong proof-reading skills to assist our team in the creation of annual CMS required Medicare Advantage Member Materials.
• Need experience in proofing/editing for accuracy.
• Comparing written material against sources of truth.
• Knowledge / experience of healthcare plans or Medicare terminology preferred.
• Quality Assurance or Data Analysis background preferred

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent related experience required
