Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management department within the agriculture, forestry and fishing industry. In this role, you will help keep our agricultural production and processing equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently so that our teams can deliver innovative, sustainable solutions to farmers around the world. You will work hands-on with a variety of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, agricultural processing machinery, HVAC units, and associated infrastructure. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, diagnosing root causes of failures, and executing timely repairs to minimize downtime and support continuous operations. You will use your mechanical and basic electrical skills to inspect, adjust, and replace parts; perform lubrication, alignment, and calibration tasks; and complete work orders in a computerized maintenance management system. You will read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to guide repairs, and collaborate closely with engineers, operators, and other maintenance team members to implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability and safety. Working in an on-site environment at a Corteva Agriscience facility, you will follow established safety and environmental procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, confined space, and machine guarding standards, helping to foster the company’s culture of safety, sustainability, and compliance. You will participate in routine inspections of plant systems, assist with installations and upgrades of new equipment, and support capital projects led by the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. Your work will directly support Corteva’s mission to advance sustainable agriculture and contribute to global food security. Corteva Agriscience offers a collaborative and inclusive workplace where Maintenance Technicians are encouraged to share ideas, learn new skills, and grow their careers. In this role, you will have opportunities for ongoing technical training, cross-functional teamwork with operations and engineering, and involvement in continuous improvement initiatives. By joining our team, you will play a key part in maintaining the critical assets that power our innovative seed technologies, crop protection solutions, and digital services, while working in a supportive environment that values innovation, community impact, and employee development.
