We are a fast-growing home-based dialysis organization seeking a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager who can take ownership of our contracting and legal workflows, support leadership directly, and ensure agreements are reviewed, redlined, and executed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who: Has personally reviewed and redlined contracts Can operate independently without heavy oversight Is comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment If your experience is limited to contract tracking, CLM systems, or administrative coordination — this role will not be the right fit for you. What You’ll Do Contract Review & Redlining (Core Function) Review, analyze, and redline contracts (MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, vendor agreements) Identify risks, missing terms, and inconsistencies Summarize key issues and provide recommendations for leadership and counsel Coordinate revisions across internal stakeholders and external attorneys Contract Lifecycle Management Own contracts from intake → review → execution → storage Manage DocuSign workflows and approvals Maintain contract repository and version control Track renewals, expirations, and obligations Legal Operations & Compliance Act as liaison with external legal counsel Support regulatory and compliance tracking (healthcare environment) Prepare documentation for audits and legal review Maintain strict confidentiality of legal matters Corporate & Operational Support Manage entity records, filings, and corporate documentation Support leadership with legal-related priorities and initiatives Develop SOPs and improve contract workflows Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation What You Bring Required 4–8+ years of experience in: Corporate paralegal, contracts management, or legal support Direct experience reviewing and redlining contracts Strong understanding of legal terms and contract structure Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience supporting leadership or cross-functional teams Strongly Preferred Healthcare experience (multi-site or regulated environment) Experience with vendor, compliance, or clinical agreements Highly Preferred Dialysis industry experience Experience working with external counsel Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision PTO + Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Why This Role Matters This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, helping remove legal and contracting bottlenecks and ensuring the organization operates efficiently and compliantly.
