Job Description

A day in this role

You arrive to a clean, organized paint booth, run your equipment checks, and perform quick preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. With the day’s Bills of Material and work instructions in hand, you stage parts, deburr edges before welding, and prepare surfaces for a flawless finish. You set up and operate painting equipment to coat mechanical products, monitor quality and safety throughout, and—when needed—assist with light assembly to move products to the next station. Before you wrap up, you note improvements, share an update with management, and ready the booth for tomorrow.

About AMACO
