Immigration Specialist (O-1 / EB-1 Focus) Employment Type: Direct Hire – Full TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting (2) seasoned, highly skilled Immigration Specialists to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this immigration legal operations role within a high-growth, AI-driven environment . Position Overview This role is centered on high-volume, writing-intensive business immigration work , specifically focused on O-1 and EB-1 petitions . The Immigration Specialist will manage cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely submission while working within a technology-enabled platform.The position requires a candidate who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable handling large, complex petition packages , and capable of maintaining consistent legal writing standards across multiple concurrent cases . Core Responsibilities

• Prepare O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions in a high-volume production environment
• Manage full petition lifecycle from document intake through final submission
• Perform comprehensive quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Draft and edit legal arguments, support letters, and petition documentation
• Handle large-scale petition files (typically 300–1500+ pages )
• Maintain consistency in legal writing, formatting, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and process scalability

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

• 2–6 years of business immigration experience
• Direct, hands-on experience with O-1 and/or EB-1 visa petitions
• Strong legal writing and drafting capabilities (writing-heavy role)
• Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously in high-volume environments
• High attention to detail with ability to ensure submission-ready documentation
• Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Stable employment history (no job hopping)

Candidates without O-1/EB-1 experience or strong writing background will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within startup, high-growth, or tech-enabled environments
• Background with firms or companies such as Fragomen, Boundless, Deal, Alma, LegalPad, Manifest Law, or Ellis Immigration
• Ability to work with or adapt to technology platforms and workflow tools
• Experience contributing to process improvement or operational efficiencies
• Strong editorial and copy-editing capabilities in legal writing

• Solution-oriented mindset with ability to improve workflows and processes

Automatic Disqualification:

• Only H-1B or specialty visa experience (non-writing roles)
• Family-based or naturalization-only immigration backgrounds
• Lack of O-1/EB-1 petition experience
• Unstable or inconsistent employment history

Standout Candidates Possess:

• Law firm experience with extensive O-1/EB-1 drafting
• Experience using or improving legal tech or AI-enabled platforms
• Ability to contribute to process optimization and scalability initiatives

HireNow Package Work Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) or Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 base + equity Additional Details:
