About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Hampton In, Winchester as a Maintenance Technician! In this vital role, you will ensure our facilities are in top-notch condition, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
• Assist in renovations and upgrades of hotel facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Document maintenance activities and report on completed tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall hotel operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
