SUMMARY

The Niemann Harvest Market Receiver is responsible for receiving product accurately while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the backroom area.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately receives product into the store
• Scans in all vendor products with handheld terminal
• Phones in shorts to supplier for grocery department.
• Organizes and maintains cleanliness of the backroom and outside receiving area
• Returns damaged product to reclamation center
• Submits vendor invoices daily
• Communicates with vendors
• Follows all store and department policies and procedure•
• Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• No prior experience or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Power Industrial Truck Certification (required at some locations) provided at store level

PAY RANGE (depends on industry experience)

$16e up to $18/hour
