HIRING: Private Estate Manager – Nashville, TN

Full Time Live-out – On site position

Experienced and highly professional Estate Manager to oversee daily operation of private residence. Ideal candidate will be discreet, detail-oriented, acquainted with care of high-end furnishings, and capable of managing all aspects of household administration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the household
• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Keeping all office manuals up to date, filing reports for credit cards and petty cash with main office, and possible creation of cashflow projections for projects or an annual budget
• Supervise existing household staff, ensure high standards and work with department heads to plan weekly duties
• Manage household inventory and supplies for various departments including landscaping, housekeeping and chef
• Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Must have prior high-end estate management experience minimum 5-years
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to anticipate owners’ needs and be proactive
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with occasional special occasions or events on weekends.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience, approximately $150K
