Job Description

Our client is seeking a Facilities - Space Planning Assistant to support their campus operations in El Segundo. This temporary position offers an exciting chance to contribute to space management and workplace enhancements at a dynamic facility focused on collaborative, efficient workspace solutions.

Facilities - Space Planning Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support in-house space planning activities, including designing layouts and reconfiguration plans.
  • Manage Facilities Work Orders to facilitate project and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate relocations for employees and departments, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Assist in executing small-scale office refresh and furniture installation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless project delivery and operational support.

Facilities - Space Planning Assistant Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities, workplace services, or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD (a plus) and CAFM systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
