Job Description

Ethics & Compliance Manager (remote based) Location: Wayne, NJ, US Remote Work: 5 days at home (fully remote) Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 (plus 15% bonus target) Summary of the job Policies, training, communications and ethics & compliance initiatives. Principal Accountabilities Support the Head of Ethics & Compliance North America in designing, developing, and implementing ethics & compliance initiatives. Enhance and roll out Getinge’s compliance policies, directives, procedures, training, and communications. Create and deliver innovative E&C training to increase compliance awareness across the organization. Formulate reports and presentations on the status and progress of E&C programs, including relevant metrics to measure effectiveness. Develop and execute holistic communications strategies across multiple channels to promote business ethics throughout North America. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Ethics & Compliance North America to support the E&C program. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (law degree a plus but not required). Five or more years of experience in ethics & compliance within healthcare, pharma, or medical devices/technology. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functionally. Competencies Understanding of legal and compliance requirements applicable in healthcare, pharma, and medical devices/technology. Knowledge of U.S. fraud and abuse laws, FDA regulations, healthcare data privacy laws, OIG guidance, the AdvaMed Code, and transparency reporting laws. Skilled at delivering presentations and engaging staff on ethics & compliance topics. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to support employees at all levels. Excellent execution, follow‑up, project‑management, and coordination skills. Highly organized with the ability to act autonomously and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Adept at maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analytics tools such as Power BI. Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions Ensure environmental consciousness and safe practices in all decisions. Use computer and telephone equipment and related office accessories to complete assignments. Physical requirements include lifting a specific weight (details to be provided). Occasional domestic and international travel required to support business needs or attend meetings. Quality Requirements Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all FDA and worldwide quality & compliance regulations applicable to the job function.
