Position Description Master of Science in Organizational Psychology seeks applications for adjunct lecturers for Critical Analysis and Research Methods and Statistics for Organizational Decision‑Making. Additional opportunities include mentoring students in Master’s theses or application projects. Essential Functions Teach Research Methods and Statistics coursework from the perspective of organizational applications. Collaborate with department faculty in curriculum implementation, student support, and continuous program improvement. Guide students in the development of their projects. Challenge thinking, foster debate, and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and thinking, including critical evaluation of peer‑reviewed articles and other published sources. Transfer knowledge—including theory, practical skills, methods, and techniques in the related field—to help students develop applied research skills. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior (preferred), with demonstrated ability to conduct research. Qualified candidates with doctorates in related areas and exceptional candidates with Master’s degrees may also be considered. Demonstrated teaching ability. Salary The following salary range reflects compensation paid for a 3‑unit course (144 total hours) and varies based on the faculty member's highest earned degree.
